On our ups see all the time of the error and they are not included
below log and status UPS

Hi Ali,
Apologies for the late reply. The second series of entries also appears to be an event log transcript. What we would need to have a look at is the UPS logs that are available on the LCD display under Main Menu->Logs. The last 10 transfer events (displayed as Xfer event 1 to 10) and last 10 fault events are listed here and could be useful in finding out why the UPS is turning off the output.
Alternatively, if the UPS is not easily accessible to check the LCD display, I recommend downloading the complete log archive from the network management web interface (About>Support>Generate Logs>Download) and contacting your local APC tech support with the log file.

Hi Ali,
Could you go to the Main Menu > Log section of your UPS LCD display, and let me know the last 10 transfer event and last 10 fault event entries.
