I have an APC 10KA Model SRT10KXLI connected to the internet and set the IP Address.
I have reached the web interface and inserted the typical Username and password:
apc
apc
But it did not work, I tried multiple ones
apcuser
apc
admin
admin
etc...
I gave up and resetted the NMC card using a toothpick. The NMC got resetted, trying again with
apc
apc
it did not work
Tried with multiple password and username combination....ALL not working.
i am Baffled and have no idea what do ?
I tried reading the manual, read the guide etc... read many things, nothing to be found.
I thought maybe the username and password to be found in the device, but couldnt find it anywhere.
Can someone please help me?

Good Morning
for the older NMC I have used the following.
Depress the NMC Reset button using a paper clip or some similar device. When
the card begins to reboot depress the Reset button again. As soon as the NMC
has completed rebooting, log in using apc/apc for the user name/password.
Note: You must log in within thirty seconds of the NMC reboot, otherwise,
repeat the process.

Hello MorneMeintjes,
I tried your method, I even timed it to 10 seconds.
But the method still did not work, still gives me Invalid username and password and try again.
Any more ideas?

Format the NMC as outlined in the user manual / FAQ. Once the NMC has been properly formatted the default user name / password is all lower case: apc
