Receiving the following when trying to hit the NMC via a web browser:
+++++++++++++++
Error: The application was not able to load.
You are attempting to access an APC device.
There was a problem loading the application. Please login to the device via telnet for more details.

I have tried downgrading the BIN files to 5.1.3 and then upgrading back to 5.1.5. Tried manual FTP of just the Application Module BIN file. I also tried a ResetToDef but keeping the IP information. The card is installed in a Smart-UPS RT 6000 XL
I just can't seem to get the web page to load correctly.

you can't do a manual FTP of just the application. you have to do both AOS and app.
i'd recommend redownloading the .exe file for the firmware just incase theres an issue with it then doing manual FTP of the bootmon file, then AOS, then sumx file and see what you get. ensure you follow the manual FTP instructions for AP9631 listed here-> http://nam-en.apc.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/768
since its an AP9631, USB might also be an option...thats in that link i provided too.

As far as the Manual FTP, I did do all files, but since then I did downgrade to 5.1.3 and back to 5.1.5 again using the EXE.
It is working now though but I am not sure as to what fixed it. I tried formatting the NMC right after I posted my original message and then tried upgrading via USB (per your linked instructions) but the status light on the USB kept blinking for close to an hour. I tried resetting the NMC and noticied the reset button seemed to have been stuck down. After fixing that, the NMS came back online with no IP address. I re-entered the IP information and Viola!
None the less, it's working and it's now added to our InfraStruxure Central so all is good.
