I have about 12 APC ups units with AP9631 cards in them. SRT 3000's, 5000's, 8000. The 9631 cards work fine in those units. However, I have two SMX2000s with 9631 cards that keep resetting to this weird time zone. I can set them but then with a day or so the time zone resets. Attached are some screen shots.
Thanks,

Hi Greg,
That's starting to sound like a hardware issue - I'd recommend giving a call into our technical support team for additional troubleshooting (and to check warranty status).

Hi Greg,
Are all 12 units using the same NTP server? If they are, for testing puruposes could you put the 2 cards that are resetting themselves on "manual" time, and see if they still change timezones?

All 12 are using the same NTP server but that sounds like a good idea. I will try it and report back.
Thanks,

I put both of them on manual time and switched to my time zone(Pacific) and after one day they both switched back to NTP time and Eniwetok time zone. Very strange.
