AP9630 reuse on anthoer model UPS

Hi All

I have a AP9630 network management card that installed in the old ups (SMT1000I),but the old ups was out of service now.

Now I would like to reuse this AP9630 network management card on new UPS (SRT2200XLI) ,I can logged in network management card with IP address that is configured on old ups, but I found that the network management card can't identity my new ups (SRT2200XLI) ,it show "Not Found UPS" and can't report ups and battery status.

For this case,I would like to request solution for this issue

1st thing to do is update the firmware to the latest release, if that doesn't work you may just need the right version for the UPS as one card does several UPS's but 3 phase has different firmware from single phase.
