AP9630 and What's Up Gold (WUG)

Hello, I'm finding that the newly branded Schneider AP9630 NICs, v6.20, boot monitor v1.0.8, show an error when adding a USP to WUG for monitoring. When I add a UPS to be monitored in WUG this error message is returned. 'The abnormal condition 'In Maintenance Bypass' is on' is returned after two minutes and continues to be displayed. I've attached a screenshot of the error from WUG.

This error is not returned on APC NICs running v5.1.5 or later. Again, this error has only been noticed with the v6.xx NICs.

Thanks.

(please forgive me if I've attached more that one file. I can't really tell if a file was attached from this view)

OK - send an email with attachments of logs/images to upload.Files_F.yrwarm1t37@u.box.com and that will put it in a folder I can view.

Can you try attaching the picture again? I don't see any attachments.

I'd also want to see the logs directly from the UPS Network Management Card itself so that we can see if the UPS is truly in bypass according to the management card or if there is an error with the SNMP OID somewhere.

Instructions on retrieving the logs are here -> http://www.apc.com/support/index?page=content&country=ITB〈=en&locale=en_US&id=FA156131 I need event.txt and data.txt please.

Hi, Angela. I've made the attempt to attach the data and event files however, I do see them being attached in this interface. I'm using the latest Firefox. Do you recommend using another browser or is there another way to get the files to you?

Thanks

Hi Marlon,

No, Firefox should be fine. I primarily use Chrome but I am trying Firefox v36 now to reply to you and make sure it works. I am pressing "show" next to attach files below the reply box, browsing by selecting "Click to Select Files" and then selecting a test .txt file I just made.

Then I just went to Insert menu on the reply box and browsed for the .png screenshot I just did to show you that.

If something is still not working, I can set up an email address to send images to a Box folder.

Angela, I've tried again with no success. I'm ready to try the other method.

Thanks
