AP9630 Release Notes for v5.1.7 missing???

I am attempting to download "UPS Network Management Card 2 - Release Notes, firmware v5.1.7" from the AP9630 section, under the "Documentation" tab. It's a dead link. I need this document as it is referred to by the AP9630 User Guide:
bq. "To retrieve configuration settings from multiple NMCs and export them to other NMCs, see Release
bq. Notes: ini File Utility, version 1.0, available on the Network Management CardUtilityCD and at \\ www.apc.com."
Anyone have any suggestions?

so it seems like you just need the separate INI utility which is not the link you are clicking on. you are trying to download the firmware release notes it seems but you really want the INI utility release notes.

for the INI utility and what comes with it, go to the knowledge base here -> http://www.apc.com/site/support/index.cfm/faq/ and search for FA156117. check the attachment to this post as this is the current INI utility and the kbase walks you through instructions.

either way, the link you referred to is a zip file download and is working for me (but you shouldnt need it)-> http://www.apcmedia.com/salestools/PMAR-8P9G2C_R2_EN.pdf
