AP9630 Loses IP Address
Hello Community, I have several AP9630's deployed throughout a WAN environment. The 9630's are configured to use DHCP and my DHCP server is back at a central data center. The issue I am encountering is during a network outage due to a failure or maintenance window where the connection back to the data center is interrupted, the 9630s seem to lose their IP. Even after network connectivity has been restored, they do not seem to perform a DHCP request.
When looking at the switchport they are connected to, their MAC address has also been cleared (meaning it hasn't spoken on the network in at least 5 minutes). The only way I've been able to get these devices back online (remotely) is by shutting down their switchport for 15 minutes (which is crazy) and then bringing it back up. Any idea why this is happening and how to prevent it? Below are some details on the cards.
