Just purchase the AP9512THBLK I pluged in the back of the AP9619 card neither the web interface or using HyperLink connection recognize the probe. I did a reboot to the AP9619 with the probe connected the same issue. Any help???

Try reseating the PCB connector in the back of the card, you will see the grayish connector that is used to connect them. Try loosening this slightly and then pushing them back together. Additionally, download the firmware for the NMC from our website and reflash over the existing firmware. You can do this via an automatic .exe that comes with the download. If you have a spare probe from another NMC or Symmetra, try swapping the probe out as well.
