I have a server-room with a Smart-UPS RT 10000 RM XL that has an AP9619 with a AP9512TBLK temperature probe.
I'd like to have the UPS do the following:

Unfortunately, not the exact way you want. As of today, PCNS can only shutdown based on a "temperature out of range" alert which would happen when the high temp alert happens first. There is an enhancement request logged to support what you're looking for and I will update it with your request.
