AP9606 / AP9211

I picked up a used AP9606 wb/snmp card and installed it in my SU1400. When accessing the card I recieve an error message stating that the app installed is for a Masterswitch.

I've attemted to upgrade both the firmware (to aos326b) and the installed application (to sumx326). The upload completes successfully. However upon reboot the card still shows it has the aos303 firmware and msv220 application.

I removed the card from the UPS and noticed a small label on the circuit board that says the following;

Model: AP9211
AOS: aos303.bin
APP: msv220.bin

So, it appears this card is actually a AP9211, not a AP9606. Is it possible to upload different firmware or applications to this card, or can it only be used with a Masterswitch?

I installed the card in a different UPS, a SU 700. I was able to flash the firmware successfully on the first attempt and upload the smart ups app. Thanks for the help.

The card is an AP9606, designed for an AP9211.

Try re-flashing a few times, something doesn't seem to be loading on the application side correctly.
