AP9210 Connection trouble
Hey guys, ive tried everything to connect to my secondhand apc ap9210. i have tried to change the IP address using ARP in cmd (request timed out when i attempted to ping). ive tried connecting with hyperterminal which does open a connection but doesnt give me login options when i press enter. i have been following lots of different guides online to try and access my device.
I dont know the ip or login details. all i know is the mac address

When connecting via HyperTerminal what baud rate are you setting?
These are the correct settings 2400 bps, no parity, 8 data bits, 1 stop bit, and no flow control. If you can access it via HyperTerminal and send me the serial number I can create a password that will allow you to access the unit. If you cannot connect via HyperTerminal then the unit cannot be reset.
