AP7724 disables automatic machines
Please , tell us what could be the problem , because we can't understand. AP7724 is installed and connected to 2 inlets, the capacity is about 5 kW. Just about once a month, at night these two automatic machines on both beams are disconnected. The same problem is occurred ( not always but sometimes ) if during the manual switch we shift from A beam to B beam and then immediately return to A beam. It is occurred when everything is done at once. There is nothing in logs. We thought that the problem was because of the priority of A beam. AP7724 can't work properly with A beam, and that's why it switches to B beam and then immediately returns back and because of this automatic machines are disconnected . We tried to set up that it works without priority of that beam but we failed to do that. Today our automatic machines are again disconnected. Thanks for your help.
