AP8959NA3 Firmware

Hi,

I have a AP8959NA3 pdu that will not function after attempting to do a firmware update the ip address is pingable but i cannot access the web ui. Where can i get the correct firmware for this pdu?

Can you clarify what you mean by "i cannot access the web ui". Is it not connecting at all or displaying a message about missing something?

Also can you reach the device through hyper terminal or putty? If so you can turn on FTP and check if both the AOS and SUMX files got installed.
