My understanding is coldstart is the behaviour when power input to the APC rail is taken down and restored
I cannot understand the default behaviour, when I first installed the device all interfaces started.
Now all interfaces are off when power is restored.
The behaviour I would like is interfaces 9,10,11 always come on after a cold start
the rest are off
OR
the APC just recalls the state of the outlets at power down, and restores this state.
Where is this configured. ? I cannot find
Thanks in advance , Simon

Thank you for reaching out to the SE Community, my name is Jon and I will assist you with this query. Apologies for the inconvenience, since this is a Switched RackPDU you may want to check the Power On/Off delay configurations of outlets 9, 10, and 11.
To do this, kindly log in to the web interface of the device and then go to Configuration > rPDU > Switched Outlet > Configuration. From there, you can either choose to change it by an outlet or use the multiple outlet configurations.
I hope this helps.

Will you be able to provide the NMC debug file by following the FAQ below? Also, another procedure that we can do is to reseat the display module.
