Hi, I have trouble to connect my rack PDU AP8853 via serial port, before when in serial console I run command: factory_reset and factory_reset_confirm then all config go to default and run boot command. Now I can't connect via serial. Network LED pulse orange color and when run putty via serial (speed 9600 and 57600) nothing happen. I try push reset by 30sec, leds go off when I let then orange led blink and can't connect serial. I have correct serial cable because in another data center the same ap8853 I can connect via console.

How to fix this? Thanks
