Hosein,
Sorry to hear that your having some trouble.
Check out this out this knowledge base:
If this doesn't work you may need to call into tech support. The unit does appeared to still be under warranty.
Tom

A blank display can also indicate a generic firmware problem. The PDU has an AOS (APC Operating System) and application file. If the application file populates and runs the display. If the file is not there or is the incorrect one, the LCD will not work.
I recommend you check the knowledge base above but also clarify what LEDs are present on the LCD screen and what color/pattern they are, as well as if you're able to serial in to the device using the included 940-0144 serial communication cable @ 9600 baud rate.
From there, you'd be able to see what is going on with the firmware. If you just installed it and powered it up, I would doubt it is the article Tom noted above but it could be..

Did you attempt to access the PDU via a serial connection/bootmonitor mode as per the knowledge base (since you can't set an IP or access it normally)?
This is a metered rack PDU so even if there is a problem with the display/management interface, the outlets will still provide power. This is not necessarily the case on a switched rack PDU.
If you cannot access the device via serial connection/bootmonitor as outlined in the knowledge base article, then your local technical support team can provide a replacement display, assuming the Rack PDU is under warranty. Otherwise, they may be able to sell you the display as a spare part.
