Hi
My AP7941 shows the following error 99% of the time:
Communication has been lost to the device!
Sometimes when I refresh it goes away and shows the power usage again but then it goes back to the error.
When I reboot the management interface via Administration -> Reset/Reboot -> Reboot Management Interface -> Apply, all of the PDU's ports turn off and I have to turn them all back on again.
The firmware is the latest: 3.9.2.
Anyone any ideas?

Hi Ryan,
Unfortunately, this is indicative of an internal communication problem/failure that cannot be resolved or repaired by any user actions. The recommendation would be that the entire PDU should be replaced.
