One of our APC PDUs (AP7922, 32A, 230V) serving our HPC cluster has 7 dead sockets out of 16. The dead sockets are on the bottom row, so 1 socket is OK on that row, all others dead. Top row is fine.
There was an 'Er' indicated on the display, but that is now cleared.
Unfortunately, I cannot login to the PDU, as I do not have IP or login details (our support company went bust a few months back, and we are missing some configuration information).
Is anyone able to offer advice as to whether this unit is likely to need replacing, or is some sort of reset likely to help ? I see rocker switches on the front, but switching these off and on does nothing.
Any suggestions gratefully received!
thanks,
Colin

are the outlet LEDs on by those outlets that are not providing power?
do you have the configuration cable for the unit? we could at least try the password reset procedure to get into the unit if you had that and wanted to try pursue getting int othe unit.
