I’m not sure why your screen capture shows 7.1.2 vs 7.1.3 firmware? Regardless, I would connect directly to the PDU with the serial cable.
Log in over the CLI and select the option to default the unit to a factory state. If that works you win - and you can reconfigure the PDU and move on. 👍
If that doesn’t work you can try to reflash the firmware. It’s normally best practice to update the firmware in a staged manner. The oldest firmware is 7.0.8 on the APC website so would have upgraded to this before going to 7.1.3.
Normally staged upgrades only need to be done when there’s a large branch change say 5.XX -> 6.XX -> 7.XX firmware. Maybe one day APC will incorporate a roll back feature along with firmware validation BEFORE the system begins the upgrade process like thousands of other vendors! 🤦♂️☝️

Did you manage to fix this? DImly remember that this was an issue with NMC1 vs NMC2 last time.

OK, manual upload via FTP worked on the affected unit. Rest just upgraded without a hitch.
