Hello,
I have some AP7921.
One of these devices shows me "Er" on the display. When I connect with the webinterface I can see the message "+Communication has been lost to the device!+".
The eventlog shows me " +10/06/2010 07:49:37 Switched Rack PDU: Communications lost+.".
The Email with errormessages:
Name : xxx
Location : xxx
Contact : xxx
http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
Serial # : xxxx
Date: 10/06/2010
Time: 07:49:37
Code: 0x0F08
Switched Rack PDU: Communications lost.
I tried to press the reset button near the display and to reboot management interface.
Both attempts were unsuccessful. What can I do to find and correct the error??
Greetings
Sebastian
EDIT: The load status: Load: 0.0 Amps
