Hi all,
I have a few AP7801 PDU that I cannot individually turn on/off each outlet even though it's suppose to be able to?
Am I missing some software or firmware?
Thanks

Hi Michael,
AP78XX series is a Metered PDU which does not offer individual outlet control. Only AP79XX series Switched Rack PDUs support this feature (in addition to other PDUs like AP86XX, AP89XX series).
There is no firmware upgrade you'll be able to apply to AP78XX to add this feature as the AP78XX does not contain the hardware needed to switch the outlets.
