Hello,

I got this error this weekend. What should I do? I have the AP7723 installed in a rack.

Automatic Transfer Switch: Phase Leds/Push-button hardware initialized.

Hi Geir,

Could you please post the full event.txt from your AP7723 ATS? You can obtain the .txt version of the log following instructions outlined here -> http://www.apc.com/us/en/faqs/FA156131

Worst case scenario, can you launch the event log in a new window through web UI and PDF it so we can see the log in its entirety? Just make sure there are no filters applied if you have to use this method to get the log.

Hi Geir,

Yes, it looked like it recovered from failure and later initialized. I'd keep an eye on it. If it continues to do that a lot, then let us know and show the full log so we can see some back history and see if the problem is getting worse.
