AP7723 Firmwareupdate doesn´t start after transfer
Hi,
I tried to update an AP7723 with the updater contained in the firmware file. The tool starts an I transferred the files to the AP7723 but after that the device should show 'do' in the 7-Segment display and after the update it should show 'co'.
The update-tool showed me, that the transfer has been done successfully, but then nothing happened.
The firmware I tried to update is version 3.9.2
Is there a point in the update manual that i missed?

Hi Matthias,
Do you know what the original version of firmware on your ATS was? The result.txt file that was created as part of the .exe firmware upgrade tool may tell you.
If the upgrade was a Network Management Card (NMC) only upgrade and there was no embedded ATS controller upgrade, you won't see 'do' and 'co' on the front display.
I assume the ATS is working normally and you log in and see status information? If that is the case, what I suggest is likely true and your ATS already had the latest ATS controller upgrade and only did a Network Management Card module upgrade.
