AP5202/AP5717 & Dell PowerEdge 2950 Stopped Working

The mouse and and keyboard through the KVM just stopped working and are no longer detected in BIOS. Cables and KVM port work on other Dell servers. The server still detects a regular keyboard and mouse...just not KVM. Reset KVM, rebooted server etc. Any thoughts?

Does the AP5717 Rack LCD work when you directly connect it to the Dell power edge 2950 and bypass the AP5202 KVM switch?

Does the server module you were using work on other ports? when i say server module, i am talking about the cable between the AP5202 KVM switch and dell server, like the one seen here -> http://www.apc.com/products/resource/include/techspec_index.cfm?base_sku=AP5253

Perhaps the issue is with the server module?
