AP5017 Rails/Slides Needed

We have an AP5017 LCD/Keyboard that is in great working condition, except the slides/rails are damaged beyond use, so I wanted to buy replacements.

I sent a support request, but was told that they were not sold separately, and APC did not have any suggested alternative or 3rd Party solution to recommend.

Has anyone ever found replacement rails that would work with an AP5017?

Unit is not in warranty.
