I have a customer that is running several AP7721's. Some show a Phase Sync status of "Out of sync". I couldn't find any information on the status condition, could somebody help me understand what this status is telling us?
From the status page:
Source A: Selected
Souce B: OK
Phase Sync: Out of Sync
Voltage Out: On
Is this a standard status response or do we have a problem with our setup/power?
Thanks for the response!
Mark

i tried to look it up once before and unfortunately i do not have the data unfortunately. it can indeed switch but i think the best/quickest idea would be to use the oscilloscope. i just know that it does not show up as an alarm because it does not prevent ATS operation.

Both inputs come from the UPS (2N config). Do you know if the status indicator is based on a certain number of degrees out of phase or what actually trips it? The data sheet says the sources can be up to 180 degrees out of phases, we are trying to figure out why some show out of sync and others don't. We will get a scope of the circuits and see what we get.
Thanks again for the help!
