ACSC 100 cooling issue

We have bought an ACSC 100 second hand, had it installed and Freon Recharged with the correct Freon, but the issue is that it is not cooling, I'm getting 0.0kw output but everything else shows no indications of not working, no alarms, compressor turns on. any help? anything I can check to see before i have to get a tech out here?

Hello John. In this case the compressor is not turning on even though it says it is on. This would require a tech to check the control components to the compressor (contactor and capacitor) and the compressor itself to see why it is not coming on.

Thank you

Hello John. Can you get the readings off the unit under the unit status, group status and setpoints menus so we can look at them to see what is going on with the unit? You can also call into your local tech support when you are with the unit to pull these values off and figure out what is happening to the unit.

Thank you
