What is meaning subject ? System is cooling normally but crtical led is on. This is any troublesoothing else?

Hello. Can you also grab the other two alarms? The rack inlet temperature sensor is the sensor that is hanging infront of you rack of servers. Can you check in the View Unit Status to see what the rack inlet temp sensor 1 is reading for a temperature?

Hello. Check under the View Unit Status menu to see what the rack inlet temperature sensor is reading while this alarm is on the unit. If it is showing ERR then the sensor is going bad. You can try swapping rack sensor one with rack sensor 2 or 3 to make sure the error follows the sensor.

Hi Admin,
I did check the view unit status menu to see what the inlet tem sensor and you can see the image below. It seems like the sensor is bad unfortunately.
i will send an email to to request quote for the new one.
