ACRC502 latest firmware

Hi

I have 4 ACRC502 InRow units I want to group but they are not running the same AOS and application version as recommended.

I've searched on apc.com for the latest firmware version but can't seem to find it!

I know it's a discontinued product but so is the ACRC103 and the firmware (v3.7.9) for that unit is still available on apc.com

Any hints on how to get hold of the firmware?

Hello John. Here is a link below to the firmware off the website. It is hidden under Support --> Resources & Tools --> Software/Firmware --> Choose Firmware Upgrades - Cooling. The firmware for the ACRC502 is the "InRow 600mm Gen1 Firmware Update V3.7.9". This should be the last on on the list.
