I've got a ACRC100 that appears to be working just fine, but the front panel display is just blinking. I did a reset of the unit, it starts up just fine, but I don't get any response from the display, just the blinking arrow in the upper left corner. The Group is not working, the other ACRC units notice that it is gone. Bad Motherboard?

Hello Vincent. With the units that have internal comm faults, this usually means there is a bad component on one of the boards. You can try to flash a different version of the firmware on the boards to see if that clears up the issue. If this fails then it is a damaged component on the board. If they still just have the flashing arrow, try uploading the fw again (after waiting for 15 min to let it push out to the boards). The flashing arrow means the firmware is not loaded. If it still comes back then also looking at a bad board.
Thank you

Hello Vincent. The flashing arrow usually means that the firmware on the unit is bad. Try flashing the firmware on the unit. If that does not work take a display form another unit and swap it with this unit and see if the display comes up or goes to the flashing arrow.

Thanks! I'll try that. With the same model of units, I've also got a couple that are giving me a internal communication fault. I reset the units, some came back up, a couple did not, just came back to the same error code. Any one have any ideas?
