A power module fault exists, A battery charger fault exists

Hello,

I have a Smart UPS model number SUVTP40KH4B4S.

Since last week I'm getting frequent alerts for the following:

A power module fault exists.
A battery charger fault exists.

I noticed that the battery is not charging anymore.

Any idea how to fix this issue? Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately, this likely requires repair or replacement of the power module in the UPS (as it does for most UPS types). I'd contact your local technical support to verify warranty status and service/repair options for this type of issue.
