I am using a Smart-UPS SRT 5000 with firmware version UPS 04.0 (ID1013). Starting last weekend, I repeated receiving two consecutive email alerts from the UPS with below subjects
A local display button fault no longer exists
A local display button fault exists
Can you help to tell me what the problem is please?
