We've had this error spamming the event log every 10 minutes (after 5 minutes it says it no longer exists).
The only thing that's changed is we've plugged some more equipment in but the load is only at 70-80%
I've done some research but there doesn't appear to be too much information on this error, can anybody help?
Here are some stats from our NMC if it helps at all.

Thanks very much Bill. I tried this this morning but unfortunately the same error occurs.
I will get in touch with local support as per your suggestion.

You should reset the Smart-UPS.
Power down the attached equipment
Turn off the Smart-UPS
Unplug the Smart-UPS for AC source
Disconnect the battery
Reverse the steps to re-energize
If that does not resolve the issue contact local technical support.
