Is there a 9 Pin Serial Interface Port to USB cable that will allow me to connect a Back-UPS Pro 650 UPS to a Windows 10 or 11 computer? I tried connecting a OIKWAN USB to RS232, USB Serial Adapter cable from Amazon but it just powered off the UPS with no warning. Newer Windows computers do not have a serial port and the older APC Back-UPS Pro 650 UPS (which works just fine) does not have any other interface but the serial interface port to connect to the computer. Would like to connect to the computer and use PowerChute software to shut down the computer in the event of an unattended power outage. Any help appreciated!
