I upgraded four of our 7901 PDUs to v3.7.4 and for two of them, all of the data under the first menu choice "Device Manager" are missing.

Ok. You have gibberish for the application string, and the app is not running properly (the "A-") in the Stat: section.
What is a little confusing is that it says it has been up for 15+ days, yet you said you just upgraded it? I would suggest re-running the upgrade utility and see if it clears things up.

Right after you log in, do you see the bolded text below:
American Power Conversion Network Management Card AOS v3.7.4
(c) Copyright 2009 All Rights Reserved Rack PDU APP v3.7.4
Switched Rack PDU: Communication Established
If not, can you post what you do see there?
Edit - for some reason, although I see bold text in the preview, it doesn't show up in the post. The parts I am talking about are "Rack PDU APP v3.7.4" and "Switched Rack PDU: Communication Established".
