60kW PDU Internal Comm Failure and Data version of the PDU controller
I've got a Sub-feed PDU that I'm getting a "PDU Internal Communication Failure" and a "The data version of the PDU controller is incompatible with the data version of the Network Management Interface"
I'm assuming that I've got a corrupted firmware load, and need a re-load, but I can't find a upgrade/reload for the OM-5104. Anyone have an idea what's going on with this PDU, and where I can get the firmware?
before you upgrade, what version do you have currently? it would be on the administration tab->General->About i think for this device.
if a firmware update doesn't solve it, i'd probably suggest contacting phone or email support because it may be a hardware issue and personally i am not familiar with that aspect but maybe someone else on here is.
