Hi, I just installed powerchute 302 with a new BE550G (on AC line power for 1 hr+) and it says I have 476 minutes of estimated battery time. Is there a problem, do I need to wait for 16hrs as mentioned in the paperwork....or? Thanks for any help!
Computer and monitor plugged into battery backup @ 290W combined
Windows 7 64bit
Elec power is being supplied by: AC Utility power
Remaining battery charge is: 100%
Battery is currrently: Charged

Hi Glen -
To get an actual runtime with the UPS, if it has been plugged in for 24 hours it would help if you could unplug it an let it run on battery. This would make the UPS calculate the runtime based on the power draw of the load. See if it would change, based on the runtime chart at 200 watts you'll have 20 minutes of runtime.
