I asked the 3 phase support team here and below is the response.

Inverter/Bypass control in Init. state
PFC control in Off state
Charger control in Off state

Fault present, PFC, Inverter & Charger locked
DC-Bus voltage sensor fault
Second DC-bus voltage sensor fault
No batteries present in system
Looks like the power module has a DC Sensing problem and may need to be replaced.
They can try cycling power to the power module by putting UPS in manual bypass, (if the have an external bypass cabinet), and then cycling power to the UPS.
If the fault remains they will need to replace the power module.

Hello Bill,
Can you guide me step by step how to cycling power to the power module by putting UPS in manual bypass?
One more thing, please also provide the procedure to replace the power module as well.
