240V pdu to a 120V power bar

Hello,

I need to connect a AP7841 30A, 200/208V PDU with output connectors ((20) IEC 320 C13 ) to a few USB hard drive adapters. Ideally I would like to connect a power bar to the AP7841 and plug the 120V hard drive adapters into that. Can anyone tell me if that is possible, or offer an alternative?

Most equipment that can take both 120v and 208v have kits or adapters available from the manufacturer. Some even ship with both power cords.

There are power cord adapters available, though not necessarily APC. The female end is C13 and the male end is C14. Do you need a C14 to 5-15 adapter? I know APC sells a C13 to 5-15 ([AP9891|http://www.apc.com/products/resource/include/techspec_index.cfm?base_sku=AP9891]) though I don't see one for a C14 - assuming that's what you're looking for. I'm sure they're out there though, you just need to figure out what you need.

Thanks for your response. I actually just made one myself. I took a power cord, cut off the end and replaced it with a replacement plug (the type of plug that you use to repair cut extension cords).

Thanks for the response.
As it turns out, the power adapters will take 208.
The problem now is connecting the adapters to the cable for the PDU (IEC 320 C13).
I can't seem to find a universal power adapter that will allow me to plug into the female end of the IEC 320 C13.
