Hi Guys,
We have 2 Symmetra LX 16000 units that we just aquired.
1 unit works flawless. It's single phase, and when you review L1 and L2, they both show 120v input on each, and combined it's approx. 240.
On the main display of the unit, it also shows the Vin = 240 Vout = 240 (around there..)
On the second unit, everything is exactly the same, BUT !
on the main display of the unit, it shows Vin = 120 Vout = 120 (around there )
** But, every where else, the L1 & L2 shows the combined voltage of around 240.
How do i fix this display issue? Am i missing something.. but i can't find any setting that lets me pick the display to show the Combined L1+L2 vs. just l1 or L2.
please help.
Thx
Paul
