Hi guys need your help, We have 4 PC, the 2 PC are connected to the switch and router and the other 2 PC connected also to the other switch and router, to total 4 PC, 2 Switch and 2 Router, coz there's two internet connection in the site. Both Router are the same IP address. It is possible to install PCNS to all PC using only 1 NMC?

NMCs do not currently support multihoming. Some UPSes support more than one NMC, which is the usual solution in your situation.
Bridging PCNS broadcast traffic between the two networks may also work, but that requires a machine bridging the networks.
