2 Servers running from UPS 1000

Hi,

I have 2 servers running off of a Smart UPS 1000. The APC Powerchute utility is installed on one of them (Svr 2003). This is connected via serial cable. How do i add the second server (svr 2008) to the device list in the utility?

I have gone to add device and typed in the Severs name, but it comes back as failed.

How do i need to go about doing this?
