0x010D Compensting for high voltage

I am getting a compensating for high voltage on only 1 unit in my facility. but the voltage is not exceeding the threshold of 127.

thoughts?

127 is a low setting and I see that there are a few entries in the data log at 125.19 so it is possible the voltage bumped up higher. Set the threshold to 130 and monitor it. That should resolve the issue.

What is the exact model Smart-UPS? You will find the information on the bar code stick on the back of the unit.

Also, is there a network management card in the UPS? If there is it would be helpful to review the data and event logs.

Notice the threshold isn't passing the 127 and it triggers high voltage.
