Hello,

I did the upgrade of the Com'X510 but now it is impossible to acces the device. The upgrade went up to 98% up to rebooting the device. After that it was impossible to acces the device webpage. No reply to a ping of the programmed IP, no discovering in the windows exporer network...

I did the factory with power off and pushing the two buttons(backup+wifi) and repower... still no communication of detection in the windows network devices...

I did also the update via USB but still same problem...

Any other sugestions?

Hello Koen,

I'm sorry to hear that you are having this issue. How long has it been since the box rebooted? Are you seeing a green light by the word "Power" on the front of the box?

Hello James,

The device is back online with firmware 1.1.45. I disconnected the device for about 1h and did some tests on an other 510. After reconnecting the device and waiting for green led i could reconnect via the port2 via the 10.25.1.1 addres...

Maybe I didn't wait long enough after the reboot...

In the log I can not find any errors...

Is it normal that negative values are not shown in the historical trending? Is this a parameter that we can set?
