The Web Portal displays the extended warranty options that are available for your UPS:

1. Go to Dashboard > View UPS and click on Warranty. Click Renewal Options.

NOTES:

Not all customers can buy a Standard or Advanced plan as these changes are part of a phased rollout. If you cannot buy a plan for your device, you will be redirected to the APC™ UPS Warranty page. Select Buy 1 Year or Buy 3 Year to continue.

2. The Web Portal will direct you to the APC website, where your warranty can be purchased.
