w4k no cloud access

Hello

Customer have device version FW2.3.0. and W4K is not visible from cloud. I’m wondering if maybe certificates are outdated? What w4k firmware are supported, or there is no support policy for now? 00:00:54:FF:CE:9E. Wiser for KNX app is 3.1.50

Has he enabled the VPN connection in the controller?

That FW is already outdated. Could you please ask him to updated to the latest one?

Thanks @FZetina  for info. Do you know about any known issues during update? Asking because there are some custom scripts that reads IO modules over Modbus TCP.. we would like to prepare ourselves for surprises..
