I have wiser of KNX logic controller part number: LSS100100 not working
we can not be browsing the webpage to make the configuration
the device indication only flashing from front side LED indicator 1 green light
and the IP Connection not working, attached the picture

Hello,
For me it clearly looks like controller is not booting.
I will suggest for now to try HW reset (using the button next to the LEDs) – press and hold for 10 seconds – LED 1 start shine red and after 10 sec blinking slowly. Then release and press and hold it again for another 10 seconds – LED 1 again start shine RED and blinking fast after 10 seconds.
If this won’t help, I will also suggest to try reflash microSD card.

can you please share the picture and even more information?
- Is it a new device out of the box?
- Can you reach other devices connected to this IP-Cable?
- Did you built up a small network (PC+W4K) just to exclude other issues?

- Can you reach other devices connected to this IP-Cable? Only the spaceLynk connected to PC to make configuration but
the connection Ethernet not working to reach the IP address. Attached video explains the problem.
