mtn6215-0410 window contact

I have several mtn6215-0410  that is connectet to window contact on object 163

Open window makes it go in frost protection

But when window closes it gets stuck in frost protection

It seems you are correct with your findings!
I will report the bug towards our R&D so that it get fixed in one of the next updates.

Do you have a W4K (LSS100100) or a sL (LSS100200) within your installation?
If so, you could create an event script on the GA of the window contact which stores the current operation mode when the windows opens. When the window closes you sent the stored operation mode.

SL is the magic tool 

I think its not completely a bug, its could be logically true. but R&D could add another filed to control the mode for close window.

but honestly this TS is much better than the previous multitouch 🙂
