Communication problem with IEM2455

I'm currently working on a project where I have a Spacelynk Controller with various models of modbus energy meters :

- iem3350

- iem3150

- iem2455

- iem2050

The communication between the meters and the Spacelynk is ok excepted for the 2 iem2455 meters.

When I try to read a value, I receive the error message "Response not from requested slave".

The wiring of the whole installation has been made by the same installator, so I don't think the problem come from this side.

Does anyone have an idea about this problem?

Thanks

Michaël Chaton

Hello Michael,

Sorry, for whatever reason I have not seen your post.
I am not sure if the problem still exists or if it already solved.

Did they have a unique device address?
Do you tried to disconnet the working ones and focus only on the 2 iem2455 (just for test purposes)?

In case you solved the topic already ... would you be so kind and share the rootcause here with us?

Kind regards
Thomas

Hello, @Neskettani . Not yet. I have retried last week and made a lot of tests : inversing modbus wires, isolating the energy meter. But unsuccessfully

@Thomas_Rohde  They have a unique device address

Hello Michael,

to "They have a unique device address"
One the device and within the spaceLYnk configuration ... right?
Did you tried to disconnect all and to make a new "one to one" connection to one of the iEM2455?

Kind regards
Thomas
